Step 1 – Create an Easy On Hold Account
You will need an Easy On Hold account before proceeding. Visit [easyonhold.com](On Hold Messaging Services | Easy On Hold) to contact us and set up your account.
Once you have your account credentials, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 – Install the Easy On Hold App in Zoom
As an administrator in your Zoom account:
1. Go to the Zoom App Marketplace and search for **Easy On Hold**.
2. Click **Add** to add the app to your account.
3. When prompted, log in at https://easyonholdcloud.com with your Easy On Hold credentials.
4. Accept the permissions to link your Easy On Hold account to Zoom.
The Easy On Hold app is now installed, and your audio streams are available in your Zoom account.
Step 3 – Assign Streams in Zoom Phone
In the Zoom Phone admin page, under Admin / Phone System Management / Assets Library. Go to the Third Party Streams tab. You will see your available Easy On Hold streams listed and ready to assign. These names will match what you see in your Easy On Hold portal.
When selecting music on hold for queues or individuals, you can choose the streams from the Assets Library.
Remove an app for all users
- Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace (https://marketplace.zoom.us) with an admin or owner account.
- Click Manage in the upper-right corner.
- In the left-side menu, go to the Admin App Management section, then click Apps on Account (or Dashboard).
- Find the correct app under All Apps section, click Added Apps
- For the app to be removed, click the “…” sub-menu and click Settings
- Click the Manage app tab
- In the Remove App section, choose the app and click Remove
- Confirm the removal with the Remove App button
