Established in 1997, Easy on Hold (EOH) is a Michigan
company providing custom telephone and contact center
greetings and on hold messaging services for businesses
globally. EOH has a full team of voice talent, writers, and
producers to create custom audio for each client. Our
proprietary technology allows us to integrate with Cisco,
Avaya, Genesys, Nextiva and similar call center platforms.

We also provide licensed music for overhead (background)
environments such as restaurants, colleges, waiting rooms,
hospitals, lobbies and retail stores. A team of curators
oversee 70+ channels.

Customers use their own dynamic dashboard, Content
Control Center, to manage their audio, create start and stop
dates for messaging, change messages and music in real
time, create emergency messages ready to play, shuffled
topics and more.
